Welcome to the award-winning Graduate Chapter of the Year for 2010, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc., 3rd District, Delta Omega Chapter Website. The Chapter is located in Petersburg, Va., established on December 14, 1923, and bound by our four Cardinal Principles: Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance, and Uplift. Delta Omega has enjoyed 91 years of dedicated service to Petersburg, Virginia and the surrounding communities.
